Original payment method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used in Stripe Checkout. We cannot refund to a different card, account, or external wallet.
Processing time
After approval, refunds are submitted promptly. Your bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears on your statement.
Shipping and duties
Original shipping, return shipping, import duties, and local taxes may be non-refundable unless the refund is due to a BoomerangFun fulfillment error or defective item.
